Our reservations are available 3 months in advance, if you want to make a reservation a day outside this period, contact us by email at info@kaisushibarss.com or by writing to us on Whatsapp at +34646694163 so we can help you.

Due to the small size of our restaurant and working with raw materials that are acquired day by day depending on reservations, a bank card is requested at the time of reservation.

The bank card is a guarantee of reservation, nothing is charged unless the reservation is canceled less than 6 hours in advance.
In case of cancellations within 6 hours prior to the reservation or no-shows, a charge of €20 will be applied for each absent diner. Which will be charged to the registered bank card.

To make a reservation you can do so in our reservations section following the steps indicated. If there is no availability on the desired date, you can register on the waiting list.
Our reservation book is available 90 days from the search date. If you are looking for a date further in advance, you can write to us at info@kaisushibarss.com

When your reservation is successfully entered, you will be sent an email confirming your request. This entire process is carried out via email, we ask that you please enter the email correctly and make sure that our messages do not reach spam email.

A charge of €40 per diner will be applied at the time of booking. This amount will be used exclusively to pay the total bill. If the reservation is canceled 24 hours or more in advance, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled or modified within 24 hours before the reservation, no refund will be made.

If there is a difference in the final account, it must be paid on the day of the reservation. If the account is less than the deposit amount, no refund will be made.
Our lunch hours are from Tuesday to Saturday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and dinner hours from Tuesday to Thursday from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Inform us as soon as possible about allergies and intolerances at the time of booking.

At Kai Sushi we work mostly with fish and seafood. This is why we cannot ensure that there are not some types of traces of fish and shellfish in our kitchen. If your allergy to these products is very sensitive and severe, we apologize but we cannot guarantee that your product does not contain traces.
We have certain preparations on our menu that we can adapt for both cases.
We have a 15 minute waiting time for your reservation. If we do not have signs or prior notice of the delay, it will be considered a No Show and the table will be released for another diner.
We ask that in case of cancellation of your reservation (1 to 6 people) it is made at least 6 hours in advance.

If you cancel or modify the reservation before this period, there will be no charge.

In case of cancellations within 6 hours before the reservation or no-shows, a charge of €20 per diner will be applied, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

If any member of the reservation does not show up without first informing the restaurant, a charge of €20 will be applied for each absent diner.

Due to the limited space we have in our restaurant, we can receive up to 2 cart reservations per service. If you reserve and there are already two reservations for the same service with a cart, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and find an alternative.

For the comfort and enjoyment of all our diners, we suggest that reservations with children under 7 years old always be made first thing in the morning during dinner service (7:30 p.m.) and that they can enjoy our restaurant until 9:00 p.m. For the half-day service it is possible to reserve at any time.
